Exchange, Refund and Return Policies


Exchange Policy 

For items with size variations, we will accept size exchange. Please contact us at askshoppe@clozette.co within 24 hours of delivery.  However, we seek your understanding should your desired size become unavailable and we will replace it with the most suitable item.

Item(s) for exchange should be sent by tracked delivery as we are not liable for item(s) lost in the post. Postage paid for returning item(s) for exchange is not refundable. All other exchanges are unfortunately not accepted. 

Refund Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at askshoppe@clozette.co and we will contact you within 3 working days to process a full refund. We are not able to accept cancellations or refunds after 24 hours of order placing. Please note that the bank processing time for refunds could take up to 2 weeks and that the final refund amount received by you for international orders may reflect currency exchange differences.

Return Policy
Kindly note that after the 24 hours cancellation policy, all items sold are not refundable. We will ensure that all items are in good condition & packed accordingly before shipping out. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at askshoppe@clozette.co within 24 hours if the item is damaged or has defects.

We will accept return on defective item(s) with original packaging & tags intact. We regret that we cannot accept return on any used item.

Kindly note that the following reasons cannot constitute as product defects:

  • Personal dislike, change of mind after purchase.
  • Sizing issues (hence kindly take note of size measurements stated when making purchase); 
  • Claiming that the cutting of apparel is not good;
  • Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant an exchange.

We reserve the right to reject any requests for exchanges if product(s) shows  signs of tampering, washing, altering.

The item(s) must be unworn and in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging and the receipt.

Returned item(s) should be sent by tracked  delivery as we are not liable for item(s) lost in the post. Postage paid for returning item(s) for replacement are not refundable

Once the item has been verified defective, a full refund will be processed within 3 working days.
